Design Set-up Fee

We have two tiers of set up fees based on what you are looking to do: $35 Design Creation If you are ordering a standard design with new text, there is a one-time new design set up fee. This fee covers the time it takes to create the new design as well as the back-and-forth with you, the customer, to make sure it is just right. Additionally, it includes burning the custom design onto a screen for screen printing. $30 Design Resizing If you have already ordered a custom design, but would like that design resized to be put on a different product there is a one-time resizing fee. For example, we have printed a design for you on a tea towel, but would love that same design on a tote bag. That's great! We just need to resize the design and get a new screen burned at that size so we can now print it on a tote bag. Not sure which you need... no worries... we will add the appropriate fees to your invoice and make sure you are ok with the fees before we proceed.
